Execution drawings

Construction drawings are the last stage of the architecture project and are sufficiently precise to carry out the works. This stage reaches completion at preparation of the descriptive reports and drawings, which are the parts necessary for starting the construction process.

During this period, Konceptness will coordinate all required disciplines by using BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodologies and software for a more exact specification of the necessary elements, to launch a works tender and to assess whether the work is being performed as planned. These elements are essential tools for budget control and proper work execution.
