Final Construction Drawings
Final construction drawings are an updated record of all alterations made during construction works and which do not have legal implications in the already licensed process.
Problems may arise in future works if final construction drawings do not reveal what was in fact built consequent to significant design alterations. Final construction drawings are essential documents that disclose information specified in the project and portray reality.
A lack of final construction drawings, or when they are not updated, will require surveying the existing space in detail.
