As stipulated in article 2 j) of the Legal Regime on Urban Development and Construction (RJUE), Decree-Law no. 555/99 of 16 December, pursuant to the latest amendment by Decree-Law no. 214-G/2015, of 2 October, urban development operations are regarded as all construction operations, utilization of buildings, urban development and land utilization.

KONCEPTNESS prepares all the elements and monitors the instruction of the urban development operation process, in accordance with the elements set out in Ordinance no. 113/2015, of 22 April, in the RJUE and in the RMEU of each municipality, with a view to ensuring its success during inspections.
