Licensing of Social Facilities

The Operating Licence is compulsory for social support establishments run by private entities and private social solidarity institutions to carry out their activities.

For social support establishments wishing to develop their activity under Decree-Law no. 64/2007, of 14 March, as amended by Decree-Law no. º 33/2014, of March 4 – social reintegration flats, temporary reception centres, leisure activity centres, occupational activity centres, day centres, community centres, holiday and leisure centres, night centres, crèches, residential structures for the elderly, support homes, children’s and youth homes, residential homes, autonomous residences or home support services – Konceptness conducts the process to obtain the Operating Licence from the competent authorities.
